Step 1: Boil
Note: Water should be hot, but not scalding.
Using the provided stick, insert it into the front slotted hole of the Anti Grinding Guard. Submerge the Anti Grinding Guard into the hot water for 20 seconds, ensuring not to submerge the stick fully. Keep the stick in place so you can easily remove the mouth guard from the water.
Step 2: Imprint & Molding
Place the Anti Grinding Guard into your mouth with the U-shaped notch facing upwards. Adjust it for comfort, then bite down firmly for 10 to 15 seconds. Use your fingers to gently press the Anti Grinding Guard against your lips and cheeks for a better fit around your teeth and gums. Focus on using your tongue to push the Anti Grinding Guard firmly against the back of your teeth.
Step 3: Cooling
Once you feel the Anti Grinding Guard is molded to your teeth and comfortable, carefully remove it using the stick and place it in cool water for 20 seconds to set the shape.
